Messages of congratulations and reflection from the District Governor, the Advisory President and the Charter President, published in the handbook for our First General Assembly and Founding Ceremony on August 15, 2026.

Governor Diana Cheng (District 31, 2024–2026)

I am delighted to see the Zonta Taiwan Dream E-Club officially founded. The new club continues Zonta’s spirit of service and embraces the digital age, bringing together more like-minded people to serve and to empower women.

In the age of e-communities and AI, the Dream E-Club overcomes the limits of time and place, offering flexible ways for younger generations and professionals to take part. I hope the club will use technology and fresh ideas to attract more young people, engage with public issues and carry the Zonta spirit forward.

Congratulations to President Janet Yang and every member — may the club grow and thrive in fulfilling our mission to Build a Better World for Women and Girls.

Advisory President Li Ping Peng

Dear Zontians, with the successful wrap-up of the Zonta District 31 ROC Members’ General Meeting, I’m so honored and excited that we all got to witness the official chartering of the “Zonta Taiwan Dream E-Club” on May 30th. This isn’t just a huge milestone — it’s a bright, inspiring new beginning as we take on our mission and start a fresh chapter.

Seeing a new generation join, we see boundless hope for Zonta’s future. Young people are not waiting for the future — they are creating it. Congratulations and welcome to every new member. Zonta Taiwan Dream E-Club, officially set to sail! The Zonta spirit, passed down through generations!

Charter President Janet Yang

Everyone hits a turning point in life that completely broadens their horizon. For me, that moment came from watching my mother’s back — seeing her work tirelessly with Zonta International to speak up for women and serve the community, thinking globally and acting locally.

Founding a brand-new international club was never easy, but I was never alone: my mother guided me with her wisdom and international experience, and dedicated partners worked side by side with me through every late night of drafting bylaws and refining our vision. Handing our charter application to Governor Diana Cheng was the moment a dream became a promise.

Powered by youth and energy, we will build on Zonta’s values and write a brand-new international chapter for the next generation!
