Through accountability, respect and empowerment, we work together for a sustainable world grounded in human rights. Zontians around the world put this into practice through mentoring, developing current and future leaders committed to gender equality.
Zonta Mentorship Program
The program matches mentors and mentees based on personal goals, interests and aspirations. By exploring the “why,” “what” and “how,” each mentee finds a direction for growth, and the pair sets career and personal development goals for the year.
On October 17, 2026, four members of the Taiwan Dream E-Club joined the launch of the program’s fifth cohort, beginning a year of learning and growth with mentors and mentees from around the world.
Learning together and lifting each other up — so that women’s empowerment crosses borders and keeps blooming.
