What we collect
- Event registration: name, phone, email, member number, number of guests and notes — used only for registration, contact and check-in.
- Help desk (Bee Girl): questions you type are stored only after phone numbers, ID numbers and similar personal data are removed, to improve our website.
- LINE notifications: if you send us a “link” message, we store your LINE user ID encrypted, only to send registration notices.
- Visit statistics: we only count daily page views. We do not use tracking cookies or store IP addresses.
How we protect it
- Registration data is encrypted in the database; officers see masked data by default, and viewing or exporting full data requires re-entering a password and is logged.
- Registration data is deleted automatically after the retention period; only head counts are kept.
- We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties unrelated to our activities.
Your rights
You can check or cancel a registration at any time on “My Registration,” or email us to access, correct or delete your personal data.
